Online Diagnosis demo is live

Know what's wrong before the car pulls in.

Customers describe the problem in their own words. Online Diagnosis shows them the likely cause, whether it's safe to drive and roughly what it costs, then books them with your service team, diagnosis attached.

01 — The leak

Service is your steadiest profit, and your leakiest front door.

Customers with a problem rarely know what to book, and the tools in front of your service lane only take bookings. That gap is one of the biggest openings in the store.

  1. The symptom has no box

“My car makes a noise when I brake” isn’t on any scheduler’s menu of services. The booking form assumes the customer already knows what they need.

  2. So they call, guess, or leave

They phone and wait on hold, pick the wrong service, or search the problem and end up at the shop down the road. Every one of those is a repair order you never see.

  3. Nobody counts what never arrived

A lost customer doesn’t show up in your service numbers. The leak is invisible because it happens before the first record is ever made.

Your scheduler books the appointments you already earned. Online Diagnosis creates the ones that wouldn’t have existed.

02 — How it works

Your service customers find out what's wrong before they call.

Online Diagnosis sits in your website's service menu, under your name. A customer describes what their car is doing, in their own words or on a car diagram, sees the likely causes and how urgent they are, and books with your service team. You get the request, with the diagnosis attached, in your dashboard and your CRM.

  1. Customers don’t know part names. They type what they notice, “my brakes squeal when I back out”, and Online Diagnosis works out which part and symptom they mean, asking a quick follow-up when it can’t tell. Prefer to point? The car diagram and the symptom list are one tap away.

  2. Turn the car to the front, side, rear or inside and tap where the problem is. Each of the 35 parts has its own symptoms, and a few follow-up questions narrow it down.

  3. Diagnostic logic, not a guess, ranks the most likely causes, says how urgent each one is and whether the car is safe to drive. Your advisor sees the likely repair before the car pulls in. Cost ranges are optional: each store decides whether its customers see them.

  4. The customer requests a visit straight from their results, and your service team confirms the time. Your store is the brand on every screen; VinSiq is a small credit at the bottom.

  5. Requests arrive in your dealer dashboard with the diagnosis attached: the vehicle, the symptom, the likely cause and the urgency. Switch on CRM delivery and each one lands in your CRM as an ADF lead, the format it already takes from your website. Your customer, never resold.

03 — How we work

How we work

  1. 01

Every number shows where it came from.

Likely causes, cost ranges and urgency arrive with their inputs attached, so your advisors can check a figure before they repeat it to a customer.

  2. 02

It listens like an advisor. The logic decides.

Customers describe a problem the way they'd tell your advisor. A language model works out what they mean; the diagnosis, the urgency and any price come from diagnostic logic your advisors can check, never from a guess.

  3. 03

    The customer stays yours.

Every request goes to your service team under your dealership's name, and lands in your CRM as your lead. We never sell it, share it, or market to your customer.

  4. 04

It feeds your scheduler. It doesn't replace it.

Online Diagnosis works before the booking. Your team books the appointment in the scheduler you already use.
