Questions dealers ask

What is Online Diagnosis?
A page on your dealership's website where a service customer describes what their vehicle is doing and sees the likely causes, how urgent it is and whether it's safe to drive, then requests service with your team. It runs under your store's name; VinSiq is a small credit at the bottom.
How does it work, and how accurate is it?
Customers can describe the problem in their own words; a language model works out which part and symptom they mean, asking a follow-up question when it can't tell. The diagnosis itself comes from diagnostic logic: the likely causes, ranked, with how urgent each is and an optional cost range. The language model never sets a price or tells a customer their car is safe to drive. It narrows the problem down; your technician confirms it.
Does it replace our scheduler?
No. It works before the booking. Customers request a visit from their results and your team books it in the scheduler you already use, whether that's Xtime or anything else.
Does it work with our CRM?
Yes. Each request can be sent to your CRM as an ADF/XML lead, the format your CRM already takes from your website and lead providers, including VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead, Tekion and DriveCentric. You add your CRM's lead email in the dealer dashboard and send a test lead.
Can we hide prices?
Yes. Each store decides whether customers see estimated cost ranges. With prices off, customers are told your team will quote once a technician has looked at the vehicle.
Who owns the customer?
You do. Requests go to your service team under your dealership's name and into your CRM. We never sell, share or market to your customers.
What does it take to set up?
Your website provider adds one page with the tool on it, and you link it from your Service menu as Online Diagnosis. The dealer dashboard gives you the code, a ready-made page around it and your store's own link.
Does it work on Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire and other dealer websites?
Yes. It's a single embed that works on any website that accepts HTML, including Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire, DealerOn, Sincro and WordPress, on phones and desktops.
What does it cost?
The pilot is free for 60 days. We measure it against your own last 90 days of service numbers, and if the numbers don't move, we stop. After the pilot it's $399 a month per store, month to month, with no setup fee, no contract and no per-lead charges. Groups of 11 to 25 stores pay $349 per store, and larger groups get enterprise terms. Paying annually takes 10% off. The first ten stores to go live lock $249 a month for 12 months. The Pricing page has the details.
Do you text our customers?
When texting is on for your store: only customers who agree to it on the booking form, only about their request, and every text honors STOP. Marketing texts are a separate box that starts unchecked.
